This is the plan

Here, I will be posting new stuff, in the start also mixed with some of the text I have posted in swedish on my previous blog, but translated to english. It will not be any material that is dated or old in the sense that it is not relevant anymore. Over time, it will be only new stuff.

Topics will mostly be what I have previously been writing about: customer satisfaction, word of mouth, buzz and viral marketing, social media and the Internet. Basically what interests me most in my professional life.
