Hi,
Kristofer Mencák
my name is Kristofer Mencák, born and raised in Sweden, by a swedish father and a czech mother. I have been blogging for about three years now, in swedish, at http://www.nephila.se/blog, but figured it would be interesting to try it out in english too.
I have a great interest in modern marketing, social media, the Internet and customer satisfaction. Behind all the hype around new buzz words it is my fundamental belief that no company can exist unless their products or services are truly great. Everything else is just topping on the cake.
I have a M.Sc. from Stockholm School of Economics where I wrote my final thesis on Usage of Internet Communities in 2002. Since then I have been working in an online world: first with webdesign and marketing on the Internet in my own small business, later with viral marketing for almost 3 years at GoViral. Currently I am working in a communications agency called JMW Kommunikation in Stockholm, focusing on social media and word of mouth.
I have also given guest lectures about viral marketing for a couple of years on Berghs School of Communication, the world’s best school 2009 according to Cannes Lions..
